SRE Agent has four plans: Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise. This page lists what each one includes. A shorter version appears on your Subscription page, next to your current usage. Pro and Business start with a 14-day free trial. Prices are in USD. Pro is 49permonthor49 per month or 490 per year. Business is 250permonthor250 per month or 2,500 per year. Enterprise is a custom annual contract.

Runbook, check and agent counts

A child organization uses its parent’s plan. Users, monthly investigations, alerts and AI usage, and synthetic checks are counted across the parent and its children together.

When a feature is not on your plan

A page or button for a feature outside your plan shows an upgrade prompt instead of the feature. A request that needs it answers with “This feature isn’t included in your current plan.” If you downgrade, branding already on your public status page stays as it is, and SSO providers you already set up keep working. You can only add new ones on a plan that includes them. To change plans, see your Subscription page.
