Compliance frameworks You can now choose CIS AWS Foundations or NIST CSF 2.0 as a framework, attach evidence as links first, and see which controls have no data yet and what would provide it. Compliance evidence You can now generate compliance evidence from your own estate, download it as a checksummed bundle, and record an access review as a card with a sign-off. Mentions You can now mention colleagues in card comments and descriptions, and each mention is delivered where that person asked to receive it. CSV import You can now import tickets from a CSV file as an org admin, by choosing the file and telling SRE Agent what each column means. Ops board You can now track work on an ops board with a kanban view and a page for every ticket, and create tickets from Slack. Ticket sync You can now sync tickets both ways with Jira, GitHub and Zoho, with webhooks keeping both sides current. Fix with Claude You can now click Fix with Claude on an alert, an investigation or a blocked finding in the Control Tower, which collects findings across your alerts and estate. It gives your own coding assistant a ready fix brief, and status updates come back to the Slack thread. Billing You can now change your plan yourself from the subscription page. Fix pull requests You can now ask for a fix pull request with /sre-fix in Slack, even without naming a service, and the outcome is posted back to the channel. A webhook lets your workflow tools start the same request. AI usage You can now set AI spend caps and see how your organization’s AI usage is accounted.
