# List data sources

> List this organization's data sources: name, type, url, enabled and regions. A source that assumes an AWS role also answers role_arn and aws_account_id (the account segment of that ARN), so sources sharing one role are visible without opening each source. Also answers its integration health: last_error_at, last_error_kind (auth_invalid, assume_role_denied, access_denied, malformed_query, throttled, network, other), last_error_message (a sanitized sentence), consecutive_failures and last_success_at, all nil/0 for a source that has never failed. A row that shares its role and account with another ENABLED row also answers shared_role_warning: they are deduped at query time, so deleting one does not stop reads through the other, but may break an SLI pinned to this row's own id. No secret is ever returned: not the ExternalId, access keys, passwords or tokens.

A resource-shaped endpoint onto the same tool surface the MCP server
(/api/mcp) reaches. Every gate, refusal and audit row a caller sees here is
the exact one the MCP endpoint answers for the same tool. Authenticated with
an API key holding the api:admin scope, or the read-only api:config_read
    scope for GET alone.
